I'm a director. So that makes this worse, IMHO. I own all of the customer team deliverables, kpis, etc.

I've never had anything like this happen before. And its making me angrier everytime I think about it.

Real question -

If a customer at your work was abusive with language through email or chat, and you said something to that customer about it, professionally, and your boss/owner apologized for what you did, how would you feel?

What value does the PDGA provide to a new player or a casual player?

Coming from a current, rules certified, td that runs tournaments. What good is the pdga to someone in 2026? Real question.
