I'm not diagnosed ADHD but do have some trouble sleeping like this. If I want longer sleep, I usually take a benadryl. I don't know if there are any reactions with any adhd meds, though.

I made my not-knowing-about-anime friends watch it and one of them even took Yohko as a nickname (mine was Nuku Nuku). My parents were clueless, they just thought they were cartoons lol. Pretty sure I have some fanart of Yohko from high school on my old DeviantART.
