The old design held up for 18 months, but Vimes has broken 2 of the new ones in under a month: the strapping just fully rips at the point of the front clip (obvs neither safe nor sustainable).

And then there's the side story of the last 24hrs, wherein their grandad's car, which is the Test Vehicle, broke, and the journey from there to getting it fixed. It's been a ride.

My kid is doing big hard independence and learning stuff today and taking their driving test, and I am SO PROUD of them whatever happens, and they're so anxious, and will I think of anything else but how it's going till they get home at about 5.30? NOPE.

Over 53,000 plants make up the new flower garden, which draws inspiration from a garden that was originally part of ‘Capability’ Brown’s design but lost over time.
