So while we like to think elections reflect the will of the people, they’re increasingly driven by the will of billionaires.

And now, billionaire Musk is reshaping the government to serve his own business interests.

💸 Elon Musk donated over $277 million to support Trump and Republicans in the 2024 election.

⚖️ He’s also poured $19 million into Wisconsin’s 2025 Supreme Court race to back a conservative candidate.

Much attention is given to George Soros, which is fair, but his political spending has been eclipsed by Elon Musk’s since the 2024 election.

Overturning Citizens United has been a core Democratic priority for over a decade, with legislation introduced in every session of Congress. Meanwhile, Republican leadership has consistently opposed these reforms, voting to preserve the ruling and its influence on our elections.

In 2010, the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision opened the floodgates to big money influence by allowing billionaires and corporations to spend unlimited amounts on the candidates of their choice.

Transparency? Feels more like trickery.  WSJ is checking the facts and bringing the receipts.
