I should’ve read the full article first: probably not enforceable. Most likely a flex from the bosses, who are scared. Ironic that their efforts to protect secrecy and preserve legitimacy of SCOTUS will have the opposite effect.

Would these nondisclosure agreements be enforceable?
- Surely there a public policy arguments against them. What about whistleblower laws?
