Naturally today in the last 20 minutes of my workday, I started working on something that got me really interested - so I didn't finish it today. Guess I have something to be excited about tomorrow?

This. I want to read the bad food takes, I want to hear all about your hiding place at your in-laws while the uncles fight, I want to know the weirdest holiday traditions you have. I want to rank Thanksgiving side dishes. All of it.

Pro tip, just spend like 10 mins looking at stuff you might wanna give for gifts... Then go on Instagram and like every 3 posts will be an ad for something similar to what you were looking at

I had like 2-3 places I wanted to buy from during sales and for whatever reason, having not bought those things was blocking me from thinking about Christmas shopping sooooo I just bought the things. Now to Christmas shop.

Just a friendly reminder as we go into the holidays:

Folks don't have to explain to you why they don't drink.

If you offer them a drink and they decline, don't ask them why. It's not your business.

Just offer them something without alcohol to drink instead. And move on.

All of this. And even past this, "I would rather potentially have a child dead from a painful and preventable disease than potentially one with neurodivergence" is one HELL of a take.
