Important This morning, voters registered without a party affiliation in Chester County were not on the poll books due to a clerical error. Election workers are moving quickly to resolve the issue. In the meantime, registered voters who are missing from the poll books should fill out a provisional ballot.

Complete the sections on the provisional envelope labeled Voter Information, Voter Affadavit for Provisional Ballot, and Current Address in front of election officials 2.
