Would love some recs. I had pok pok but got rid of it; I don't know about authentic but the recipes seemed a bit too . . . precious, I guess? It wasn't one of my favorite cookbooks. Very pretty but not very practical.

I've realized what I'm trying to do with Project Bree-YARC is imagine what 3rd edition D&D would have looked like if it used BX as the baseline instead of AD&D. With my own assumptions on what the game should primarily be focused on: more exploration and discovery, less fighting.
