Yep. When I go back to visit family I really have to watch what I eat.

Your time on earth is limited, don’t try to age with grace. Age with mischief, audacity, and a damn good story to tell.

While that 2 hour nap was so so needed, it will alter my ability to get to sleep at a reasonable hour this evening.

I’ve decided that if I haven’t gotten at least 7 hours of sleep then I’m not allowed to workout until I do. I’m going to see if this improves the amount of time I am sleeping each night.

I found out about VO2 Max recently and so have now modified my workouts to try to improve my value over time.

I hate when Apple Music puts a no budget version of a classic song into my feed. WTH is this. 😡

I sleep with an eye mask on most times and I swear it allows me to sleep longer than I would otherwise.
