π§ β‘ We present a biophysically grounded framework coupling realistic neuron morphologies to TMS.
Our model links direct axonal activation from L2/3 to L5 corticospinal neurons, revealing direction- & dose-dependent spatiotemporal patterns.

Iβm extremely excited that this work of 3 years is finally published in @braistimjournal.bsky.social. Using condition-and-perturb TMS with e-field-based optimized targeting and dosing, we provide causal evidence for hybrid theories of semantic cognition: www.researchgate.net/publication/...

Our #preprint on heart-brain coupling by TMS came just a little too late for the #BrainStimConf, it would've fit very well: #TMS, great stats ( #lme4 and #gam), repeatability checks, multiple targets - all the good stuff!

I was able to present a first glimpse of my PhD project: a within-subject EEG study on perceived vs. unperceived somatosensory near-threshold stimuli, comparing mechanical and electrical stimulus processing.
Thanks to all your input!π
