Suit between retired teacher, Waterloo Region's public board settled
A settlement has now been reached in a $1.75 million lawsuit between a retired teacher and WRDSB centred around age-appropriate books.
From the utter disaster that was the hiring (and firing) of the former director to the money spent in court fighting each other and the public, Waterloo Region's public school board has been a very poor steward of the public purse. The election is in October. kitchener.citynews.ca/2026/01/20/s...
