(IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 101 of the Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C. § 251), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. § 1182(f)), section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and my inherent authority as Commander in Chief to protect the national security and ensure the faithful execution of the laws, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the potential for domestic and foreign actors to interfere in or undermine confidence in United States elections, particularly through the unauthorized access, manipulation, or malfunction of voting systems and infrastructure, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. Reports emerging from the November 3, 2026, midterm elections indicate substantial anomalies, including unexplained discrepancies in vote tallies, potential software vulnerabilities, and allegations of tampering in key congressional and gubernatorial races across multiple States. These issues, if unaddressed, could erode public trust in our democratic processes and invite further interference. The United States must act decisively to preserve evidence and restore faith in our electoral system, which is the bedrock of our Republic. In light of these findings, I hereby declare a national emergency to address this threat. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered as follows:

It is the policy of the United States to ensure that all elections are free, fair, and secure from fraud or interference. Immediate steps must be taken to investigate credible reports of irregularities in the 2026 midterm elections to protect the will of the American people. Section 2. Assessment and Initial Report. (a) The Attorney General, in coordination with the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of National Intelligence, and the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, shall, within [15 days/30 days] of the date of this order, conduct a preliminary assessment of any irregularities or potential interference in the 2026 midterm elections and submit a classified report to the President detailing findings and recommended actions. (b) The report shall include identification of any persons, entities, or foreign powers involved in or benefiting from such activities. Section 3. Mobilization of the National Guard and Federal Resources. (a) The Secretary of Defense is authorized and directed to federalize units of the National Guard in affected States, as necessary, to assist Federal law enforcement agencies in securing physical and digital election infrastructure. (b) Such forces shall support the temporary seizure and custody of voting machines, electronic tabulators, ballot storage devices, software logs, and related materials in jurisdictions where evidence of fraud or anomalies has been reported, for the purpose of forensic analysis by

(c) Operations shall prioritize minimal disruption to State certification processes while ensuring chain-of-custody integrity. ---- Section 4. Blocking Property and Imposing Sanctions. All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person, of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt In: (i) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General, to have engaged in activities that interfered with the 2026 midterm elections; (ii) any person determined to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided support for such activities; (ili) any leader, official, owner, or senior executive of an entity described in subsections i) or (ii) of this section; (iv) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of State, to be a United States person (as defined in section 1708(3) of title 50, United States Code) or domestic entity that has directly or indirectly engaged in, materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services in support of, any activity described in subsection i) or (ii) of this section, including any person owned or controlled by, or acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any such person or entity.

(a) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to carry out this order, consistent with IEEPA. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect: (i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or (ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. Alex Jeffrey Pretti was our union brother, dedicated to helping those who served our nation as an AFGE member and ICU nurse at the Veterans Affairs hospital. On Saturday, he was doing exactly that: helping others, including a woman who was pepper sprayed. Alex was legally carrying a concealed weapon - as was his Second Amendment right - before he was tackled, disarmed, and shot in the back by federal agents who swore an oath to protect their communities. This state-sponsored murder has no place in our society. The labor movement was founded on the very idea of standing together in solidarity with our brothers and sisters to fight for a better future for all workers, and that includes our First Amendment right to peacefully organize and protest. This is 100% FALSE. Immigration judges do NOT play any role in issuing administrative warrants. They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves. ICE’s own training materials say they can’t be used for a search of a home!
