It’s very stressful. But it’s also given me new insight into how the pack mentality works on social media, especially when it involves people who have right on their side, or believe they do. Thing is, I know what bullying is and how it feels. This is no different save for the hypocrisy.

Backlisted is a great podcast which has given me much needed comfort and distraction during the last two years of cancer treatment in particular.

Andy is a mensch and I would strongly encourage people to subscribe, sign up to the Patreon and enjoy Backlisted and Locklisted.

@essj.bsky.social You disabled replies so just to say, Backlisted has been independent of Unbound for several years, and John Mitchinson doesn’t present it anymore. It’s been very tough for them to be associated with this as it’s nothing to do with them.

Cormac McCarthy didn't use speech marks and he's the greatest, so that I can live with...but a misplaced apostrophe still produces an allergic reaction. I am still a pedant but trying to twitch less! 😂
