There are traffic cops at some of the heavy traffic intersections during rush hour, basically doing the exact same job as the lights, and people drive well through those areas. Until the cops are gone. Red light cams at every intersection please!

Happens in my city in broad daylight on a very regular basis. As a pedestrian, I have to make sure cars are either stopped, or are in the process of it with clear indication they will actually stop.
