a Collins glass holds a cocktail that is 50% foamy head that is pressed up out of the glass. a layer of oat milk floats on top of chilled drip coffee, tequila, and simple syrup, shaken with an egg white, the source of the tall foamy head. the foam is topped with dry maple sugar. a bamboo straw is held by the foam in the center, not resting against the wall of the glass at all. the glass sits on a finished dark wooden tabletop.

I needed caffeine to make the headache go away. I needed to be fancy and use a shaker to make the voices go away 🤣
