Blades in the Dark is written to take place entirely in Duskvol. Many Planescape adventures take place entirely in Sigil, including the famous Umbra.

Metro 2033 is in Moscow. XCOM Apocalypse (except when you go through portals) and Chimera Squad. Citizen Sleeper and Boyfriend Dungeon maybe?
