like yea things are "alright" and "can be so good" & im trying my damndest to go back to normal/better but fuck. everything is stained haunted. this house my stuff. theres still a giant hole in the bedroom door from the last time no attempt at covering it up or patching it. i feel like im spinning

•make lists all the lists. the reminders, the end goal plans, how to get to who i wanna be
•eat what i want to eat and eat as much of anything as i want. i dont have to save it or hide it
•i dont have to ask or build a case. i can just want and say and tell and do.
