I suspect that if Clay Higgins discovered that a family receiving SNAP benefits had a months' worth of food stockpiled in their home, Clay Higgins would be outraged that a family with tons of food is receiving SNAP benefits.

Try to get your head wrapped around how many pantries you can stock with $4200 dollars in properly shopped groceries.
