I love how British scholars use the phrase "Crossing the rubicon." As opposed to Americans who prefer to elect a Rube and a Con.

I've been pretty interested. It's a fun watch with an Olympic feel. It's also the only hockey I've watched since losing the Coyotes, so it's something.

Normal people shouldn't be getting on you for this. Thank you for trying to bring some levity to the world at this time.

For the record, my belief is that the team is going to be named the Mammoth. The logo and mascot possibilities are just too lucrative, and ownership won't care that you spent $800 on personalized jerseys for your family picture that first season. I just like the idea of this team being different.

Or more simple than a Canadians? These names have lasted in their simplicity. Nothing fancy, and maybe that's what this team needs in a name.

They wouldn't even be the only prehistoric logo in the NHL (Nashville Predators) The Mammoth name is the most fun. It's going right up there with the Kraken and the Golden Knights. But, the NHL's original 6 didn't need a fancy name or logo. Is there anything scary about a Maple Leaf? (cont)

The Utah Mammoth. Wanna go big? What's bigger than a Mammoth? The jersey possibilities are endless. I can already see the tusks making up the U in Utah on the shoulder. This might be the best team name of the bunch, but they would go from 2 original ideas to just being another NHL team name. (cont)

Utah Hockey Club. If you've bought a jersey, you're already married to this name. Again, it's an original. Ownership couldn't put together a name in time, so this is what you got. I wasn't crazy about the name at first, but no team in the NHL is like it. Any move to another name looks (cont)

Utah Wasatch. A team named after a mountain range? Why not? It's an original idea and what's more formidable than a wall of mountains in goal or on defense. I like the name! The only fear is that the jersey might look boring and give you Jazz vibes if they do it wrong. This name has potential.

I've watched literally 5 minutes of hockey since my beloved Coyotes left the desert. So for fun, and to try to get back into it, let's play the old F, Marry, Kill name game in a hockey fan sort of way.

Our courageous leader Trump blames a plane crash tragedy that killed 67 people, including 3 military, on DEI and the Democrats. He's a loser who never admits fault, even when this was all on his watch.

No blame. He's all pointers and no thumbs or backbone. No respect for those lost. Pathetic!

I have to be flexible and not all-knowing because these punk ass kids have Google and I can just B.S. them the way my parents did when I was as a kid😂
