HSE rightly gets a lot of stick for the failures in the system, and for organisational issues, but my experiences in the Lourdes have always been good.

More fun today in A&E at the Lourdes hospital - nothing showing up on x-rays, and a scary wait for blood test results, but diagnosis is possibly hairline fractures on my ribs or internal bruising, and prescription is "really good pain meds"
