Suicide is a particularly important topic to us, as victims of domestic abuse are at a high risk of death by suicide. It is estimated that in the UK about 3 women a week die by suicide as a direct result of domestic abuse.

Domestic violence screening tool has βobviousβ problems, says Jess Phillips
Ms Phillips said she was reviewing the entire system used to support victims.
The DASH risk tool has long failed to identify high-risk victims, with up to 96% misclassified as low or medium risk. While itβs positive the government is finally reviewing DASH, itβs frustrating that frontline organisations like BCWA have been raising these concerns for years.
