Oi, Meet Dolkien! Working on this project for a game jam and it’s a unique blend of JRPG elements, dungeon crawler, and heavily inspired by TTRPGs. First time using Godot, aesprite, and just got done with making my first ninepatchreact. I see how this can be addictive.

Day one of game jam - Configured a Ubuntu VM for a LAMP stack. SSH tunnel with Sequel Ace to mariadb and a very basic frontend to keep my production flowing better this time. Last game jam I was super disorganized and I also complicate simple things by nature.

been programming since 8am this morning and only stopped to give kitties their meds and eat... My old bones are going to be sore tomorrow :\

but to clarify, I'm going to using a purchased version of RPG Maker MZ currently :)

Decided to participate in a game jam this morning, PirateSoftware Game Jam. I was originally going to use Godot but decided to use RPG Maker instead. Nostalgia reasons mostly. RPG Maker XP was my first game engine back in 2004,I was in college and I pirated a copy so it's fitting heh. I was/am poor.

It’s been a rough month for me but my two kids been by my side the whole time.

They both have special needs, which require them to need me to administer medication and be around all the time. Reality is, I need them more than they need me.

Those cars are from the Home Depot ice raids. What compels you to believe these are just civilian cars trying to flee? Get the whole story first next time 🙄

A lot of new Plex updates but love the PlexAmp feature of what I’ve been listening to. Kind of curious what the end of May will look like with how much I listen to certain tracks on repeat.

The wolf I have yet to name, but referred as a the red howler. Inspired by current events with wolves being reintroduced in Colorado and the story of Tsavo man eating lions. The wolf has a continuous flow of blood from his mouth of the it’s victims and flowing upwards to the victims in the afterlife

First photo is Ithaqua aka Wendigo. Second is The Awaken, loyal humans under Ithaqua’s control. Their masks prevent humans from going insane seeing or hearing Ithaqua. Y’golonac photos generally have a mouth on both hands but I got a little more creative and excited to see how he can chase players

And it's so sad that we have to explain why that control is bad. It still blows my mind that the term "woke" is used in it's context. Apparently it's a bad thing to accept different cultures, lifestyles, and preferences- but they still can't fathom being called a fascist or racist. It hurts...

I wrote an MTSS application a few years back and never realized how badly our schools are unfunded and lack of support, especially for special needs or MTSS tier 3 support for students. Any type of funding taken away from schools is devastating regardless what it's used for.

Correct!the verbiage to describe these types of situation is undocumented when it should just be person(s). I was mostly referring to how they are getting away with wording it to sound like being undocumented a bad thing. I just hate it, education should never be limited or protected.

it's really confusing that a pro-life party is apathetic to humans trying to live their lives. I can understand the tax and funding reasons for this. But Trump spends millions of tax payer's money for golf... Education for any child, bad; watch orange man play golf, good.

I am happy that I moved to rural Colorado but my sinuses and allergies have been offended since.

An old ThinkCentre machine in my stash had a bad HDD. So I found another old one that was working! Sweet!
