Everything that's happening politically around the world right now is so comically unsubtle, but everyone is in on it so no one's fucking doing anything about it. 10 years ago we'd have laughed at the mere suggestion

In any other period, this would be impeachment-worthy.

It's gotten cooler the last few days and my desire to meal prep / eat balanced meals immediately returned and I am so fucking happy to be back on my (quorn) chicken, broccoli, and rice bullshit.

Normally I love summer/heat waves.. but this year it has impacted my eating, sleep, and workouts to the extent that I am actually looking forward to autumn for the first time in my life :/
