He has a couple of the same ideas like using C4, but he does feel pretty different overall, so it's almost like getting to play a prototype of his Smash incarnation which is neat
12.11.2025 18:44 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yeah, it's good fun, wish I had it back when my friends and I were playing a ton of Smash locally! The roster really is the highlight, hard to think of a game with a sillier one out there and I wish they could do it again
12.11.2025 17:56 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Bomberman fights against Megatron in a rendition of a Bomberman maze. Megatron has transformed into a gun
Simon Belmont, Yugo from Bloody Roar, a red Microman toy, and Ricca-chan fight inside of a pink dollhouse
On the Adventure Island stage, Master Higgins, Momotaro, Tyson, and Power Pro-kun fight
The Gradius stage has you fighting on the power-up bar from that game. Here, a moai shoots a projectile at Ricca-chan
89. DreamMix TV World Fighters
If you compare this to Smash Bros, it's going to come up short when it comes to features and controls. However, if you remember that it's the kind of game where you can have the Beyblade kid fight a Gradius moai and Bomberman in a dollhouse, you'll have way more fun
New blog post time!
This week's game is Lutter, an ambitious Famicom Disk System exclusive that combines the bump combat of Hydlide, level design that resembles Lode Runner, and the puzzle solving + inventory management of The Castle. It sounds ridiculous, but it really does work!

That's unfortunate to hear! I've heard this game is tricky to figure out, so having a good guide just in case would be nice

The Short (But Memorable) Life of Fresh Games
For this milestone edition of Obscusion B-Side I take a look back at the label Eidos created for "Quirky" or "Odd" games in 2002... which Eidos then pretty much killed later that same year, minus one "Final" game in 2004.
Apparently a lot of people online think games aren't as fun anymore, but that could not be farther from the truth. There's more great games than ever now, so where is this coming from? As always, the culprit is capitalism.

It's true, very much feels like a sign of the times for a specific kind of person!

88. Pokemon Legends Z-A
This game makes a lot of interesting choices and I think they work very well! The new battle system is fun, the battle-focused story structure complements that, and combing over the city was always fun times. Really hope they do another of these focused on a single location!
A black screen with a JPEG of a green dinosaur looking creature named Gulp in the center. There is no other text aside from "GULP" on the screen.
The same exact screen as described previously except now it says "GULP DEFEATED!"
These extremely minimalist Spyro 2 loading screens are making me laugh harder than they probably should

For this #RandomGameSaturday, I have OverBlood, a 3D adventure game with a hint of survival horror and action. It's an interesting experience worth playing, but it's known for having the most tragic, saddest death scene in all of gaming. Legend has it that the industry is still chasing its example

87. Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors
This game wishes it had MotionPlus support, but if you can live with the controls, there's a lot to like! Turning DQ into a rail slasher is really cool and they put a lot of effort into retaining the RPG feel of the mainline games
