Position Summary Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP) is seeking a self-motivated organizer, recruiter, and communicator to serve as Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator will provide support to the Harris County Democratic Clubs and Organizations, Democratic elected officials, Democratic campaigns, Precinct Chairs, and volunteers. The Outreach Coordinator will report to the HCDP Executive Director.

Job Responsibilities Work directly with HCDP Clubs and Organizations, Precinct Chairs, and volunteers Provide VAN training and support Organize volunteer events Recruit additional volunteers Provide Precinct Chair and volunteer training Run phone banks and block walks Help HCDP run various events Promptly answer voicemails, phone calls, and emails from Precinct Chairs and volunteers.
