My issue is that governments would force speed reduction for regular citizens but not for cops, giving cops yet another advantage and more cover for abuse.

I stumbled onto this Polish electronic outfit called Etnobotanika. I like it! Their music is coolly nostalgic, ambient with house and trip-hop sprinkled in. I find it works great as moody-chill background music. The audio clips of old Polish (pop) culture bring a nice critical edge.
