Point of clarification: I see some private school supporters who think they would get their choice of school if public schools went away.

Friend, no. It isn’t your choice at that point.

Private school means they choose to accept your kid, which means they might not.

If that happens, then what?

Of all the things being said, the one that has left me the most dumbfounded: “Yeah, but a lot of presidents have done what is happening now.”

No, friend. They didn’t.

Anyone talking about real endgames in terms of what Musk plans to do with all of the data he’s collecting? He’s going to use it, yes, but it seems really shortsighted and aiming too low to say “just to rip off people”.

What are truly meaningful uses of the data he has? New systems he controls?
