As a physician, I can confidently say that I have never seen a physician nor a radiologist uses the term "perfectly normal" when describing an MRI or any other medical diagnostic exam for that matter.

A reminder to a nation with way too many people untethered to facts and truth: There’s no such thing as “The Department of War.” It doesn’t exist. Only Congress has the power to create and name executive departments & agencies. So it’s still The Department of Defense.
