Former hostages Noa Argamani and Hila Shoshani surprised Emily Hand this weekend with sweets for her 10th birthday after she spent her 9th in Hamas’ tunnels.

As heartwarming as it is to see these survivors celebrate, no one can truly heal while 101 hostages still remain in Gaza.

When you are struggling with recovery it is usually not from over training. Recovery usually has to do with outside factors.
1. Improve sleep
2. Improve diet
3. Limit outside stressors

One of our runners, a super busy lawyer, had a 20 minute personal best at the Richmond Marathon. He did two things better this year: (1) running higher mileage at an easier pace; and (2) consuming more fuel. That’s it. Sometimes, the simplest changes have the most significant impact. #runchat
