Well done, but in my precinct, we also ring a special bell for first timers. Did she get a sticker?

My classroom this morning is all sniffles and sneezes, and I am whispering prayers that my recent inoculations have started working. Hope you two feel better soon.

My American Foxhound, Maisie Mae, is nicknamed "the Dairy Princess" because the first day we brought her home, she stole and ate an entire stick of butter off the dining room table.

If a person has the patience to read the entire, lousy, self-pleasuring tome, then they need to take the antidote: Victor Hugo's Les MisΓ©rables.

I wonder if the techbros slept through their humanities classes.

I do hope they write books.
Because we will use them as evidence in the war crime tribunals.

Spending time in the hospital also brings many smart people right to your bedside.

Some days I feel that the billionaire class only tolerates us until they can replace us with AI or robots.

Expect a throne on an elevated dias at one end of the hall that can be lowered by elevators directly into the bunker in case of emergency.

Concordance does an amazing job explaining this.

I hope there is a lake of hot urine on some level of hell, and those physicians who prescribe lasix and other diuretics to people with mobility issues are sent there

I once heard that wealthy people do not measure their wealth in absolute figures, but in comparison to everyone else. If the rich person has more than his peers, then he feels rich. Otherwise, they do not.

I am an elections officer. We had to get training in both the process and setting up the equipment. Before each election, we take extra training. Honestly, I enjoy working with the same team and meeting our neighbors. I feel comfortable with the security of voting in our county.

Here in Northern Virginia, we have an apple orchard that makes killer apple cider donuts. My son works for their marketing firm, and designed their T-shirts. I would still adore their donuts without a family connection.

Apple cider donuts. End of argument.

California, make sure they are forced to follow the rules on election observers-- sit quietly behind the election workers and don't touch ANYTHING. WE MUST WATCH THE WATCHERS.

There are moments when I am deep in a lecture about happier times, such as the Middle Ages, that I do not have the constant disaster of this regime playing in my head.

Hmm, paying soldiers so that they will be beholden to the leader and not the state.
Putting his own image on coins.
Lavish building projects that will only be used by the emperor.
He lined his pocket with funds directly from the treasury.

I'm unsure, is he Nero or Caligula?

So, how much does he know about drone motors? Asking the folks who said Hunter Biden should not have been put on the board of directors of an oil company.

In my grandmother's case, she was admitted, but the surgery could not be done for several weeks, so she sat unnecessarily in the hospital all that time. My mother had the surgery, even though she never had heart problems before, and her quality of life was diminished.

This makes me unbelievably angry, because cardiac bypass is not a simple or straightforward surgery. My parents and my grandmother were diagnosed by Moon and had surgery. In my father's case, he was in poor health and died two days after surgery. 5/

The cardiologist and the surgeon lost their licenses to practice medicine, and Redding Medical Center's parent company, Tenet Healthcare, then owned by Rick Scott, was found liable for Medicare fraud. 4/

They were caught because one of the people diagnosed lived in Las Vegas, so instead of going to the hospital immediately, he visited his own cardiologist back home. This cardiologist found that surgery would have been unnecessary, so they reported the hospital and the former doctors. 3/

The second part of this scheme involved a former cardiac surgeon, Really-Vazquez, performing hundreds of bypasses, many were unnecessary, but all were billed to Medicare. Most of the patients were too scared or too trusting to get a second opinion. 2/
