تأتي هذه الانتقادات في سياق أوسع من التشكيك في كفاءة المجالس القومية، إذ جددت ثلاث منظمات حقوقية، دعواتها إلى اللجنة الفرعية للاعتماد، من أجل تخفيض تصنيف المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان.
