Brianna is an alumni of CSUF, having graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema & Television in 2024. She worked on various projects post-grad within the spaces of indie animation, games, a webcomic, and prose poetry.

I'm happy to have my license, with one of many milestones in my life now completed!

Afterwards, I spent most of my twenties focusing on academics, college, and later grad school. I put a portion of my finances into learning how to drive at an auto academy, and it was a worthwhile investment.

Unlike many of my peers, I did not have the privilege of having any family teaching me how to drive. Over a decade ago, I was a neurodivergent kid in high school struggling with depression and social anxiety, which made it hard to learn.

Such as jobs where I need a car to travel to, more flexibility to travel to any place at any time, and being able to take my pet birds to an emergency avian vet on a quick notice on my own.

I’ve been meaning to learn how to drive. As I currently live in the States for the time being, this would open up many opportunities for me.

With the current way the MBTA is run, my schedule is heavily reliant on the train/bus/subway schedules whenever I go outside. Miss a commuter rail? Wait an hour or two for the next train!
