I recall it was captivating to see an old League character born as a parody/inspiration of Victor von Doom approached and reimagined in such a way.

A monochromatic doodle of Arcane's Viktor, in a cartoonish style. Unruly hairstyle, thick eyebrows and tired eyes with mildly puffy lower lids - angular facial shape, mole above his lips and another under his eye on the opposite side. Made in 2022 as part of a idle doodle canvas.
