I do enjoy a good coverage of wild garlic. Always seems patchy around here. Made some pesto with it a couple of weeks back.

Thanks Helen. Reds are really lovely, seemingly more playful and enjoyable to watch than greys. The ones at Hawes are a small red island in a sea of greys but they are doing well and beginning to spread out. The people supporting them are doing a wonderful job.

Had a wander up the snow laden Penhill in the Yorkshire Dales. Some impressive depths of snow up there. Bit tricky for photo subjects, but this line of tree's viewed from the top caught my eye.

Ing scar is a limestone and grass gorge in the Yorkshire Dales that leads down towards the top of Malham Cove.

The glorious early light was covered by cloud, so this trip turned into more of a scouting trip for future reference. This is Ings scar, which leads down to the top of Malham Cove. @yorkshiredalesnp.bsky.social

This was a wonderful day at Þingvellir national park back in February. I love snow!
