I saw a commercial on late night TV. It said “forget everything you know about slipcovers.” So I did. And it was a load off my mind. Then the commercial tried to sell me slipcovers, and I didn’t know what the hell they were.

Did my 3rd fastest 10K ever today according to Strava. 3 minutes slower than my PR back in March. The difference is that I walked 1:07 in that one whereas I walked 10 minutes today. So I’m getting faster during my running segments…?!

It has been done, 5:55:36 according to Garmin, 6:02:08 official chip time but that was with a couple pauses to say hi to my dad and refill my water. Think I may be a one and done marathoner. I raised over £2500 for #TeamBreathe and am kind of proud of my results.
