Today is buy nothing day. One of our first songs was called “Buy Nothing” and it’s sad that we never recorded it. There’s probably a live recording on a cassette somewhere. Anyway, don’t buy anything today!

When Frontiers Magazine, the biggest gay publication in West Hollywood at the time, reviewed our “Ladyslipper” EP, we were so thrilled!

Picture it - February 2010. Double Agent Photo was promoting a Valentine’s Photo Package and employed us as “models” and also Devin covered this Mr. Mister song and then we played a Valentine’s show at CSU Bakersfield.

In December 2003, we released our EP “Sexy Clown Circus” which included the original version of “Slut Buffet” along with other new and re-recorded songs. This was our conscious effort to go “electro.”

In 2004, we were thrilled to perform in Amy’s hometown of Albuquerque, NM. This was one of our first out-of-state gigs, and we were honored to return to play ABQ Pride again in 2006, opening for Tiffany.

Thinking of Amy Crosby today lost four years ago. Here she is in a photo I took of her, with some of her art.

May 15, 2004 - Shitting Glitter marched and performed at LA Coalition for Equal Marriage Rights’s rally at Sunset Junction in Los Angeles.
