Film Review - Him | The MacGuffin Allen Almachar reviews the sports horror film Him, from director Justin Tipping and starring Tyriq Withers, Marlon Wayans & Julia Fox.

The symbolism in HIM (2025) is so on the nose that it takes away from the overall effect. It flexes its cinematic muscles all over the screen, but we don’t find much underneath the veneer. My review.

Despite its bleak premise and harrowing violence, THE LONG WALK (2025) is a surprisingly moving film about life, friendship, and hope. It's one of the best films of the year. My review.
