We were watching KGW news this morning and their footage clearly showed un-masked, un-uniformed civilians (2 women) on the roof of the building hanging out next to masked, uniformed, and armed agents. They didn't explicitly call it out, just showed it.

He came with the other District 2 Council members to University of Portland last year. It was during March Madness. He sat on a stage with his peers, in front of students, faculty, and staff, and spent a lot of that time on his phone checking basketball scores.

I'm kind of surprised that I'm not seeing more buzz about a National Economic Strike - seek to reduce consumption where possible- spend at small, local businesses. If we all reduce by 10-20%- esp at big box businesses- there will be an impact.

I am on the board of a sheltering non-profit, who offered to take on this project- multiple times with the city, and were denied. They have legit programming that delivers results. In the mayor's rush to get beds (and not listen to experts) combined with budget shortfalls, this is the sad result

I used a pregnancy belly support band for several days after surgery. There are ones that are adjustable with velcro. It helped provide a little compression and stability when standing or moving. And yes, take the pain meds ahead of feeling the pain. And Miralax is your friend.
