Mayor Brindle is spot on. As Mayor of High Bridge, an already fiscally challenged NJ municipality faced with many new regulations forced by Trenton without funding to comply, I echo her concerns and agree that only another Mayor “gets it”.

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, I join Americans across the country in mourning all the trans lives lost to violence.

Bigotry and hate produces real world harm. Congress must work to protect the trans community, not further demonize them.
