I think here in America, people are conditioned from Hollywood that the good guys always win in the end. Yes there’s examples in the world of peaceful independence movements. But there’s also examples of dictators ruling and oppressing their citizens for generations, before finally getting toppled.

I’m not trying to oppose you. I actually agree, the table is nowhere in sight, and nobody’s even on their way over to have dinner at said table. So then, who, and how, do we overcome the facist takeover we’re currently in the middle of?

Are we facing a similar threat to world peace and progress today? It feels like we’re tossing paper airplanes against a heavily armed fascist regime, and they’re bringing the fight to us with no regard for morality and no desire for peace. I’m not sure how else such a threat can be overcome.

I’m not saying I want war. I wish we could have a free and fair country to live in, and I wish it could be achieved peacefully. But a civil war of sorts, could be inevitable at some point. Nazi Germany required a violent response eventually, when more peaceful tactics failed.

I don’t advocate murder or violence. But I feel like the Kirk shooting, and Luigi Mangione, inspire more meaningful discussion, growth, and unity. I haven’t read your books, but I’ve also thought for years we’re already in, or well on track, for a civil war. But I think we might need it actually.

And thanks for replying. I’m not claiming to have the answers. I just know the situation is bad, the resistance to fascism is fractured, off track, and lacking in meaningful leadership. I only really count a handful of politicians who actually represent people over corporations. We need a LOT more.

For the sake of conversation, this advise is with the ultimate intention of trying to bring things back to “how they were before Trump” isn’t it? A lot of people aren’t satisfied with that either. Even without Trump and before this current racism, our country has been going downhill quickly.
