By creating this amazing fucking toast I cannot make any other toast because it would be sub par compared to what I just made.

It's roughly 3:40 AM. I'm in my room unable to sleep, so I figure I should grab some coffee.

Unfortunately, a terrible curse has been placed on me;

Fasting for bloodwork in the morning.

I'm thinking of the sentience of Girard when I'm talking about this. Or maybe the Nep. Perhaps, even, me watching my testicles burst into flames. If you know you know.

About to coin a new word for a specific kind of meme genre that doesn't have a name (other than probably 'inside jokes')- nicheposting. Memes of small-ish closely knit discord servers/communities if you will. Occasionally they come in contact with other servers and the meme travels but not far.

Thinking of praying to the coffee I will drink today in hopes that it provides me with enough energy to at least get up to my room when I 'caffeine crash'. Cannot afford to sleep on the couch again for personal reasons.

Woe, curse of bad sleep schedule upon me...

I venerate and work with Saints, as well as work with various spirit allies (mostly plants and a crystal, if salt counts as one). I am now trying to let my practice be guided by the seasons, days, moon, etc. while allowing myself to do the magic that is necessary for the moment.

My name is Adam, my pronouns are he/hymn, and I'm a dual faith English + Scottish folk practitioner living in the Canadian prairies, more specifically Treaty 6 territory.

Within the dual faith label I practice Hellenic Polytheism with a bit of Greco-Roman syncretism, and Christianity.
