So, for those of you who need a visual. 1 hectares is about the size of two and a half football fields.

This means that fire is approximately 200 football fields.

The great news, as my therapist informed me, is that I was at the point that this understanding was huge and that it we would work on me feeling like a "person" and not "insert the trauma response here".
