Following the announcement by the Lib Dems returning officer on quotas in our federal elections I would like to make it clear I spent many hours and more emails trying to point out that this decision went against the expressed will of conference barely a month ago.

I'd also like to make it clear that I now consider attempts to question me on my Assigned Sex At Birth to be the equivalent of asking what my genitals look like and will therefore be considering them sexual harassment going forwards.

We will continue to fight for gender equality and the rights of all women and girls.
