Update: In the evidence preservation lawsuit, the current Civil Chief at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office (who appears to be Ana Voss, based on the letter), refused to accept email service of the lawsuit last night and then refused to accept in-person service until Monday.

Jones has been a “National Socialist” for more than a decade, and has been involved with several other white nationalist or neo-Nazi organizations including Identity Evropa, Asatru Folk Assembly, White Lives Matter, and Patriot Front.

If evidence of criminal conduct is found, cases may be referred to the Multnomah County District Attorney for potential prosecution.
