In any case, towns like this are meant to die and have been for millennia. It’s been a shit hole for decades. It’ll continue to be a shit hole for many more until the world forgets it ever existed.

The town sees some tourist dollars but not much because Hwy. 169 runs by the lake so it’s mostly state land between the highway and the lake. That means no houses or businesses on some prime property. It’s very small and doesn’t have much to it.

1/3 On 2/12, border czar Tom Homan announced a draw down of federal agents in the Twin Cities. We do not trust this announcement, & neither should anyone else. We have forced them into a partial retreat, but we are not done. We will not stop until the last whistle is blown.
