Dude! I love this one... very underrated even though the dub is a hard watch. I have it on VHS and DVD. Almost bought a cel and the LD but they're a little pricy... there's a Famicom game, too!

The next update of MADHOUSE will allow the player to choose between two modes when starting a New Game in the Story campaign: UNCUT or TAMED. Tamed will tone down some of the game's more extreme content for players that want to enjoy the game without offensive language & themes. #indiedev

Additionally, don't miss the 2-4P Versus mode; it's endless fun for you and friends on game night!

That being said, I hope to offer the Story and Versus modes as separate packages in addition to the main game that features both modes. The Story will also feature a content warning with the option to toggle between 'uncut' and 'censored' content. Excited for more development!

Lots of people bought it on the spot, some called it the best thing they saw at the expo, and I got some great perspective on handling some aspects of the game after seeing how big of a hit it was for kids, but warning that the Story campaign isn't suitable for young children.

MADHOUSE had such an overwhelmingly positive reception at the Pittsburgh Gaming Expo! Everyone that played it loved it, especially the little kids that kept coming back every day to play -- much to their parents' chagrin; "Don't you want to see what else is here?!"

Grabbed some stuff at PGX (Pittsburgh Gaming Expo) today. And played an awesome indie game, Madhouse, by @phubans.bsky.social that’s in early access on Steam. Hit it up, horror fans!
