I was enslaved 🥺

There’s a walk I do regularly. One part of the path is really overgrown at the mo so I’ve been taking a slightly different route. Yesterday, I decided to go wild and take the original route. Came across a section full of water mint. Beautiful and smelled wonderful too!

the background 🤣🥴 so when I opened the eml file, my mail app was still in panic mode. It calmed down, showed me the email it couldn’t send, I deleted it, and now all good. Not an app I use normally but good it’s fine now. Thanks so much for your help!

And I’ve figured this thing out. Wasn’t the eml file after all. It was a website that caused the issue. I had tried to email myself a job posting, the website accessed my mail app, and failed. At the time, I just saved the posting on my web browser. My poor mail app was still freaking out in

Ah cool. The one go to folder I didn’t do lol. So just completely delete the folders you mention? (when I deleted user cache, I deleted the files not the folders)

Thanks for this. Unfortunately these aren’t anywhere… I’ve deleted user cache and tried to locate app cache to delete as well but the mail app doesn’t seem to exist…

I’ve deleted the files, run antivirus (nothing detected), restarted the laptop but it’s still happening. The app is now unusable (luckily I usually use website-based email anyway). Is there anyway to fix this? 😬 #TechIssues #AppleMac

I’m working on a MacBook Pro. Client sent an eml file. I opened it thinking it was a pdf (usual file type). It opened my mail app. Which then went berserk. Basically, it keeps flashing a new message window and there is no way to stop it 1/
