If you are new here and have never seen or heard a more exact description of Blaire's fur, it's quite long (she is a Scottish straight cat, so it's relatively long for shorthair breeds of cats) and fluffy, and it ranges in colour, with the lightest areas of her body being this warm cream colour and the darkest, like her ears and the middle of her face, being dark cool brown. It is important, as the second star of the picture is in the background, and it's her grandma's new fluffy coat in the exact same colour as Blaire's lightest areas, that is her chest and the back of her head. When I first touched the coat, I thought it must've felt like petting a polar bear, and then a Blaire. So unsettling! Blaire is both petrified by and proud of her grandma's choice.
