For the record, I was on hold for 5 hours and 47 minutes.

For anyone curious how I'm doing:

I called my federal student loan servicer at 2:45. At 5:48 I got through and spoke with a person. Now I'm back on hold waiting for an "advanced supervisor".

The hold message informed me it is about another 3 hours wait time.

When the heater goes, sometimes the best step one can take is to boot up as many modded games as possible. The computer can heat up one room in the house while repairs are being made!
