The knee I bashed is covered in skin graft so it’s very complicated when it comes to healing. Today I met with a wound care team I will be seeing 2x a week. It was fun. After 40+ years of taking care of my own wound care, they are the closest thing I have to colleagues.

Plant life IS more intentional than we give credit for. I believe they have a sense of humor, too.

Tracks are seen clearly on the slushy snow on the ice of a frozen ditch and they betray that an earlier moose crossed but slid with two hooves.

…but this buttload of antibiotics and it’s constant discomfort is triggering memories of Africa…

I’m drinking tonight which I don’t usually do. Our barometric pressure is fine. But I’d been having an issue where I get skin degradation if I forget my meds, which I did, but then I was on a buttload of antibiotics.

It’s funny, when I think of my Kenya trip, I can forget the pain I was in…

Now I wanna try them SO BADLY!

Think more like “re-education” rather than rehab.

Tripped and now I need stitches in my knee. Fortunately, that knee doesn’t have a lot of nerves left so it isn’t really painful. Just gruesome.

I had to neuter mine early. My poor girl dog was constantly harassed and he peed everywhere. He’s a very polite boy now that he’s been snipped. (I never had that problem with my Irish Wolfhounds - just my toy Scnauzer.)
